Beyond the Therapy Room
Helping therapists, organizations, and the public think more deeply about the human experience.
Whether I'm consulting with a therapist, leading a workshop, speaking to an audience, or contributing to a media project, my goal is always the same: to make complex psychological ideas practical, engaging, and deeply human.
I believe connection is the agent of change in the therapy room…
and in every room beyond.
